Wodehouse Strikes Again

Last night I read Full Moon by P.G. Wodehouse. I've written before about how funny Wodehouse is. Well, here is my opinion on Full Moon, one of the Blandings Castle series:

I read it in 2 hours and laughed madly the whole time.

There isn't any substance to it. There isn't meant to be. The plot befits one of those screwball comedy movies, complete with many misunderstandings and French-farce-type running in and out of rooms, until at last it all ends happily. And that's the genius of Wodehouse.

Two thumbs up.

As a side note, never trust anyone who spells P.G. Wodehouse's last name "Woodhouse" or who calls Evelyn Waugh a "she." At least that's been my experience. Consider yourself warned.
